Subscription Plans

Our subscription cancellation and refund terms:

• All subscription plans (weekly, monthly, annual) can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges.
• After cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable (pro-rata or in full), as digital content is accessible immediately upon delivery.

Single Report Purchases

Single reports are digital content accessible immediately upon purchase and are generally non-refundable. Full refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing access to a purchased report
• Duplicate charges
• Request within 24 hours of purchase with no report content accessed

Refund Processing

• Refunds are returned via the original payment method
• Processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
